1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MagicMockups.ai ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Use License & Commercial Rights

We grant you a full commercial license for all mockups, infographics, and size guides generated using our Service. You are authorized to use, publish, and distribute these assets for your e-commerce listings (including Etsy, Shopify, and personal storefronts), social media, and digital marketing materials.

You may not redistribute or resell raw, uncustomized mockup template files as standalone stock photography products in direct competition with MagicMockups.ai.

3. Artwork Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership and all copyright rights to your uploaded artwork, logos, and digital designs.

By uploading content to MagicMockups.ai, you grant us only a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process, resize, and render your images strictly to generate your requested deliverables (mockups, print packs, and size guides). We do not claim any copyright, co-ownership, or licensing rights over your original works or final product renders.

4. Etsy API Integration & Seller Responsibilities

MagicMockups.ai provides optional integrations with the Etsy Open API to assist digital print sellers with automated asset formatting and listing preparation:

• Authorization: Access to your Etsy store is granted exclusively through official OAuth 2.0 authorization with PKCE. We never access your Etsy account password.
• Etsy Policies: You agree that your use of our Service in connection with your Etsy shop complies with all applicable Etsy terms, including the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy API Terms of Use.
• Seller Autonomy: MagicMockups.ai functions as an automation tool executing actions exclusively at your command. You maintain full control and final review over your listing descriptions, tags, pricing, and imagery prior to and after publishing to your store.
• Disconnection: You may revoke or disconnect our app's connection to your Etsy shop at any time via your account settings or directly within your Etsy account settings under Account Settings > Applications.

5. Credits, Subscriptions & Refunds

Purchased credits are applied to render lifestyle mockups and customer print packs. Credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing. Due to the high computational costs of server-side GPU rendering, credits used are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimers

The materials and software on MagicMockups.ai are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable high-speed rendering, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, and hereby disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
